Join Genesee Health Plan for our annual Healthcare Tune Up event on Thursday, September 24th, from 3-6pm!
Covid-19, Flu (ages 6 months and up), Tdap and other vaccines will be available along with FREE refreshments, giveaways, health screenings, free A1c and cholesterol screenings for women age 35-64 through the WISEWOMAN program, and health care coverage enrollment.
Attendees are also welcome to participate in NARCAN basic training by Genesee Community Health Center, vision education with St. Luke N.E.W. Life Eye Clinic, stroke education with the Flint Stroke Coalition, and to learn about services offered by Delta Dental!
Genesee County Health Department will be providing free, confidential, STI testing. Participants who get tested will receive FREE PIZZA, if they PEE FOR PIZZA! For information/questions about testing, call (810) 237-4538.
