Former Genesee Health Plan Member and Chairperson of FISH of Grand Blanc, Barb Smith, was presented with the Citizen of the Year award from the Grand Blanc Chamber of Commerce at their Annual Meeting held at Warwick Hills on Tuesday, December 7.
Barb has been a wonderful advocate, partner, friend and supporter of Genesee Health Plan since it began in 2001. Currently, Barb volunteers her time at the FISH of Grand Blanc which helps families in need who live in the Grand Blanc School District by providing and distributing food, clothing, and other services on a temporary and emergency basis. Barb is also a proud grandparent!
