GHP Celebrates Bring Your Child to Work Day

We had some very special guests at the Genesee Health Plan office on Thursday, April 27th!

GHP celebrated “Bring Your Child to Work Day” with staff and their families! Staff and their children started the day with a tour of the GHP office followed by arts and crafts. The crafts made included a Mother’s Day craft project, garden pot painting, and a hot air balloon, race car, or bird feeder which were provided in kits with instructions. After lunch, staff and their kids enjoyed outdoor activities including planting seeds or flowers in the garden pots they painted and playing outdoor games.

GHP President and CEO, Jim Milanowski, finished out the day by taking the kids on a scavenger hunt on office grounds; at the end of the scavenger hunt each child received a participation ribbon along with other prizes! We were so honored to host Bring Your Child to Work Day this year and spend time with our extended GHP family!
