The first week of June was filled with excitement for the GHP office, as we celebrated the winners of our 10th Annual Health Heritage Essay Contest! Every year, students in Genesee County in grades 5-13 compete for the chance to win gift cards and bragging rights by learning about their family health history. Students wrote about their health, family health history, and goals they can make to keep themselves and their families healthy. Winners from the elementary, middle, and high school levels were awarded with a gift card provided by Sovita Credit Union.
