Genesee Health Plan has been awarded funding the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) to provide the WISEWOMAN program to eligible women.

Program is designed to help women lower their risk for heart disease and/or stroke with healthy lifestyle behavior changes. Women ages 40-64 who meet the income guidelines listed at the bottom of this page are eligible.
