Discount Vision Services Program

Genesee Health Plan is no longer offering the Discount Vision Services Program at this time.

St. Luke N.E.W. Life Center hosts a free eye clinic every Tuesday at 9am. To schedule an appointment, call (810) 234-8677.

Vision of Justice is a non-profit that provides FREE cataract surgeries to those experiencing financial hardship and are legally blind. Qualifications include: 

• Being uninsured 
• Being legally blind in both eyes due to cataracts 
• Meeting limited income levels
• Being a Michigan resident
