Genesee Health Plan (GHP) is open to the public for in-person, virtual, and over-the-phone appointments. Please note that scheduled appointments take priority. Based on availability, walk-in’s will be seen after scheduled appointments if time and staffing allow. You may have to wait if you walk in.

GHP office/phone line hours: Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm

Document drop-off/pick-up hours: Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm

Walk-in appointment hours: Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm *Clients arriving after 4pm can schedule an appointment.*
