Make sure your contact information is correct, so that you receive your renewal information and do not lose coverage:

1. Update your address, phone number, and email address
2. Report any changes to your household or income (including if you end a job or start a new one)
3. Check your mail or text messages for a renewal packet or important information
4. AVOID SCAMS
   1. Do not share your personal information or give money to anyone who contacts you saying you have to pay them to keep your Medicaid
