ATTENTION ALL GHP MEMBERS: New Pharmacy Vendor Effective 1/1/19

Effective January 1, 2019, Genesee Health Plan’s pharmacy vendor will be switching from Caremark to Cerpass Rx.

What does this mean for GHP Members?  If you’re a current GHP member, you should have received a letter with your new pharmacy card and information in the mail, see sample letter below:

See below sample of your new GHP Pharmacy card that you should have received:

• If you have not received your letter due to change of address or other circumstances, call the GHP office at 844-232-7740.
  • Please note, that the GHP office will be closed on Monday, 12/31/18 and Tuesday, 1/1/19.  We will re-open on Wednesday, 1/2/19 at 9am
  • If you call after normal business hours (9am-5pm), leave a message with your name, phone number, best contact phone number and reason for your call
    • If you call between 12/28/18 and 1/1/19 with questions about your pharmacy benefit, please call the pharmacy help desk directly at 877-986-4666
