Yesterday, GHP President/CEO, Jim Milanowski, received an award from the MSU Charles Stewart Mott Department of Public Health at its inaugural “Difference Makers Awards.” Jim received the Community Public Health Champion Award for the work being done by GHP in the community, advocating and championing for individuals and reducing barriers to accessing quality, affordable health care.
Other award recipients included:
-Robey Shah: Teacher Scholar Award
-Dick Sadler: Early Research Award
-Tiffany Ceja: Staff Award
-Amy Saxe-Custack: Community-Engaged Scholarship Award
-The Greater Flint Health Coalition Agency: Public Health Champion Award
