GHP Office Hours/Closures 2024

*GHP UPDATED OFFICE/APPOINTMENT INFORMATION*

Genesee Health Plan (GHP) is now open to the public for individual, in-person appointments. For safety, we are only allowing one person and a guest for each appointment. GHP also continues to offer virtual and over-the-phone appointments. Please note that scheduled appointments take priority. Based on availability, walk-in’s will be seen after scheduled appointments if time and staffing allows.

GHP office/phone line hours: Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm

Document drop-off/pick-up hours: Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm

Walk-in appointment hours: Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm *Clients arriving after 4pm can schedule an appointment.*

• Please note that scheduled appointments take priority. Based on availability, walk-in’s will be seen after scheduled appointments if time and staffing allows.

To schedule an in-person, virtual, or over-the-phone appointment, please call 844-232-7740 and select option 0 for the operator.

• Tuesday, 5/21/2024: Special Hours 9am-1pm (closing at 1pm for staff in service)

• Monday, 5/27/2024: Closed in observance of Memorial Day

• Tuesday, 6/18/24: Special Hours 9am-1pm (closing at 1pm for staff in service)

• Wednesday, 6/19/24: Closed in observance of Juneteenth/Heritage Day

• Thursday, 7/4/24: Closed in observance of Independence Day

• Thursday, 8/01/24: Special Hours 9am-3pm (closing at 3pm for staff in service)

• Friday, 8/02/24: Closed for staff in service

• Monday, 9/02/24: Closed in observance of Labor Day
